OUR MISSION
Ulwe Node is one of the fastest urbanizing node of Navi Mumbai. Due to shortest connectivity with South Mumbai thru’ Atal Setu-Mumbai Trans Harbor Link (MTHL) & Navi Mumbai International Airport, our Ulwe Node is now hot-spot of Urban Mumbai & to some extent in India, at large.
Considering this rapid urbanization, Ulwe node is experiencing a huge flux of migrated diaspora, not only adjoining area of Navi Mumbai, across Mumbai & other parts of Maharashtra. it is also observed/noticed that due to congestions & prices for accommodations in Mumbai island, the main City is gradually shifting towards Ulwe & Navi Mumbai at large.
Keeping in mind the above facts, UBWT has made their mission statement as follows:
-
To propagate & cultivate our Bengali Cultures and Art Forms across Bengali diaspora in Ulwe & Navi Mumbai at large;
-
To encourage and facilitate Sports & Cultural events;
-
To uplift students, excel in merit & studies, from privileged families across Ulwe Node, irrespective of communities thru’ educational helps & supports;
